Step 1
In order to process an application we must have the following information:
- One (1) Government Issued Photo ID – Preferrably a Driver’s License.
- Proof of Income: Two (2) pay check stubs or a letter from your employer on company letterhead stating your monthly income and start date.
Fees :
- Application Fee: $10 per person or $15 for a married couple.
- Minimum Refundable Security Deposit of $350 or one-time non-refundable fee of $87.50 for Sure Deposit.
Miscellaneous Information:
- 1. Maximum number of occupants per apartment will be:
- Studio – Two Occupants
- One Bedroom – Three Occupants
- Two Bedroom – Five Occupants
- 2. Pet Information: 2 pets allowed, maximum weight limit of 40 lbs per pet. Breed Restrictions Apply.
- Furnished Apts - Pet Rent $50/mo, Refundable Deposit $500
- Unfurnished Apts - Pet Rent $30/mo, Refundable Deposit $200
- 3. Methods of payment include Credit/Debt Card, Money Order or Cashier’s Check. Cash is not accepted.
