Step 1
STEP 1: Submit your Application for Preliminary Approval. Following preliminary approval of your application the following information must be provided:
- 1. A copy of a government issued Photo ID, preferably a driver’s license.
- 2. Copies of your two most recent paycheck stubs or a typed letter (on company letterhead), from your supervisor or Human Resources Department stating your monthly salary. (Bank statements reflecting monthly deposits / savings can also be accepted.)
STEP 2: Following receipt and confirmation of your Photo ID and Employment information you will be notified by either phone or email of your Final Application Approval.
STEP 3: After receiving Final Application Approval a Holding Deposit of $200 is required secure an apartment.
Miscellaneous Information:
- 1. Maximum number of occupants per apartment will be:
- Studio – Two Occupants
- One Bedroom – Three Occupants
- 2. Insufficient or no rental history or home ownership. Methods of payment include Money Order or Cashier’s Check. Cash is not accepted.
